Our evaluation system is designed to measure student learning comprehensively through a mix of formative and summative assessments:
- Formative Assessments:
Regular quizzes, class assignments, oral presentations, group work, and participation in activities to track ongoing progress. - Summative Assessments:
Mid-term exams, final exams, and board examinations like the SEE and NEB tests to evaluate knowledge mastery. - Continuous Assessment:
Includes homework, projects, and practical work contributing to the final grade. - Grading System:
The school follows the grading scale set by the Ministry of Education, using letter grades (A+, A, B+, etc.) and percentage marks to indicate performance levels. - Student Report Cards:
Detailed report cards are issued twice a year, with feedback from teachers to guide students and parents.
Parent-Teacher Meetings:
Scheduled regularly to discuss academic progress, behavioral observations, and future goals.
